IndieLove Magazine only publishes material submitted by the copyright holders or third parties given permission by the copyright owner .We accept no liability in respect of any material submitted by users and published by us, and we are not responsible for its content and accuracy.

The views expressed are the personal opinions of the experts named. They may not represent the views of IndieLove Magazine or any other organisation unless specifically stated. IndieLove attempts to provide a range of views from a wide range of sources and the community.

You may submit material for publication under the following terms and conditions:

1. Publication of any material you submit to us will be at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to make additions or deletions to the text or graphics prior to publication, or to refuse publication.

2. You grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to publish and communicate to the public any material you submit to us in any format, including without limitation print and electronic format. You also agree that we may use stories or images on our website and social media platforms publish and communicate to the public any material you submit to us in any format.

3. You warrant that any material you submit is your own original work and that you own the copyright and any other relevant rights. If you would like to tell us about material that isn’t your copyright and which we may want to use, please tell us who owns it ( for credit purposes, but it is your responsibility to seek permission to use within your submissions, IndieLove takes no responsibility for other peoples work.

4. You warrant that the material you submit is not obscene, offensive or otherwise illegal.

5. You agree not to submit material that is deliberately intended to upset other users.

6. You will take reasonable steps to ensure that any material you submit is not defamatory of any person. If you suspect that material may be defamatory (or if you are not sure), you must tell us at the time you submit the material to us.

 

Contributions,Features, crafters, Authors, Photographers and use of Photos, Graphics, Music, Film.

Where you are invited to submit any contribution to IndieLove Magazine.com you agree, by submitting your contribution, to grant IndieLove Magazine the right to reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate create derivitative works from, distribute, preform, play, make available to the public, and / or to incorporate your contribution in other works in any media now known or later developed.

You warrant that your contribution:

Is your own original work and that you have the right to make it available for purposes specified above. It is not defamatory. It does not infringe on any law

You agree to indemnify IndieLove Magazine against all legal fees, damages, and other expenses that may be incurred by IndieLove Magazine as a result of your breach of the above warranty, and waive any moral rights in your contribution for the purposes of its submission to and publication on IndieLove Magazine and the purposes specified above.

At IndieLOve Magazine we do our best to showcase and promote all entities with true to form articles. In no way do we try to harm anybody's reputation.

If you are unsure about any of the above terms and conditions please to not submit your product or feature.

IndieLove Magazine reserves the right to display submitted work as they see fit. We ensure we hold our standrds to the highest quality. We however can not get back to everyone who has submitted.
