She claims to be the"Perfect Woman"

Yep, That's right! A big bold statement to the world claiming to be " The Perfect woman". The epitome of what perfect should reflect. Not what society tells us is perfect, but what I believe is real perfection!

So what makes this girl cocky and delusional ? I mean she would have to be crazy right? ( Well that's probably half true) .

I'm stating that i'm perfect in accepting my imperfections. Now hear me out because I tend to ramble on a bit. I can look at a celebrity, model, my next door neighbour and want a body like they have. I can look in the mirror and point out everything that is wrong with myself at a glance. Frankly, I could spend the rest of my life hating the way I look. Oh, but what a waste of a life. How often do we say " Wow, how fast did this year fly by?". Most of the time I think, How can it be Christmas again, didn't we just celebrate it?.

Life is just so damn short to worry about what we want to look like. Let's start embracing who we are.

I stood in front of the mirror a few months ago and had one of those life changing moments. I really looked at myself and realised there wasn't one other person out there that had my exact features, my smile, my nose, my new wrinkle lines, my eyes. Nope, I was created to be a one -of -a -kind beauty. This is what I want you to see and feel as I describe how I feel in life.

A beauty that is marred in scars from sports, bike crashes and knocking her shins on the edge of the bed every morning. A beauty riddled with stretch marks that cover her body and remind her daily of her three little gentlemen. Marks that she wears with pride. A beauty that comes from the inside with the love she has for others, it can do nothing but radiate on the outside. A beauty that screams acceptance and walks confidently through life, carrying her extra weight, dressed in bright colours and smiling at the world, showing her one of a kind uniqueness. That woman is perfection. That woman is me!

That my dear readers is what not just the perfect woman, but the perfect person is! Someone who can wear their imperfections boldly and confidently, unashamed to be themselves in this world. Some of the most beautiful people I have ever had the privilege of knowing have had birth marks, missing limbs, alopecia etc. What some would see as imperfections, with their courage and strength I saw a tale to be told, a life worth hearing about, a lesson to be learned. Stop worrying about what others think and who you think you should be. Just learn to be happy with you!

I hope you find inspiration from this story and I hope to hear from you and see your "perfect smile". SO wear yourself confidently and remind yourself daily that there is only one you! So cherish the perfect life you are given. xo
