This Month we are going to start a Random Acts Of Kindness feed! How Awesome is that? SO where is the best place to start? Your own friends and family.. This week I want you to think about how important it is not only for yourself to feel like your giving something to make another smile but how important it is to show love and kindness to another person. What your act of kindness and caring could do for them.
So lets start closer to home and get this ball rolling. This Week I have Three ideas that may get you moving.

1. TAKE A FRIEND FOR ICE CREAM.
Okay, so I bet you were thinking a nice lunch at cafe somewhere. And by all means that's another great idea. Call that friend you have been meaning to catch up with for a while now or that friend you just know has been feeling down about something or even that friend you know does everything for everybody else and deserves to be put first and loved this time.
Here's what to do call or text your friend telling them that if they are not busy you are on your way over. Pick up your friend and drive to the nearest Ice cream store, even if it's the middle of winter! Get all the extras on top and when your done, walk out the door and stroll, whether it's down a busy street or through the park, make this time about listening to your friend, what's going on with them, And please remember don't make it about you xo

2. CHOOSE THAT RELATIVE TO MAKE DINNER FOR.
We all have that relative we really should catch up with yet never get the chance. Why not ring this relative, have a quick chat and then tell them you are coming over tonight and you're bringing dinner with you. Not just that but why not make an extra to place in their freezer for another day. Spend the night asking questions about them, what's their favourite show right now? Have they been anywhere exciting lately?. Really spend that time getting to know them on another level!

3. WRITE SOMEONE SPECIAL A NOTE
We are in an age where text and email rule! But there's nothing like receiving a letter in the mail. To know that somebody took the time to write it. So here's what you're going to do, find a sweet yet simple card and write down that you were just thinking of that person, place a five dollar not inside and let them know that next time they have a coffee it's on you and that while they are drinking it know that somebody loves them! Drop the letter into their mail box or send via post office. I can guarantee you will make them smile and feel loved!
To start you on this journey I have made up some simple pdf. printable cards for you to use. Print as many as you like and get moving. You may want to send a few more letters and Good Luck !!
